Unless both you and CalmAxisCare agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules and, where appropriate, the AAA's Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes. The arbitration will be conducted in the United States in the county where you reside or in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you hereby irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
